Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern your use of Fastbag Limited  (hereinafter Fastbag) services, including fastbag.co.uk website and mobile application.  By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge and agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with FastBag Privacy Policy.

In accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation, the following identification details of the site owner are provided below:

Your Use of Services: User Account and User Content


You may be required to register for an account, which gives you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Fastbag Services. This usage is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Fastbag’s policies. 


You are fully responsible for all activities under your account. You agree that you shall monitor your account to prevent use by minors, you accept full responsibility for any unauthorised use of your account. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. Fastbag will not be liable and you may be liable for losses, damages, liability, expenses, and fees arising by someone else using your account.


You also agree that you will comply with all applicable laws when accessing or using the Services and you will respect those who you encounter in your use of the Services. Fastbag reserves the right to decline orders, refuse partial or full delivery, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at any time in its sole discretion. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Fastbag has reasonable grounds to suspect as such, Fastbag has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any use of the Services.   


You are obliged to use the Services for lawful purposes; you will not use the Services for sending or storing for deceptive or fraudulent purposes; and you will not engage in conduct that harms other Users, FastBag partners and contractors, or our community.


Unless such restriction is prohibited by law or you have Fastbag’ written permission, you may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Services. You may only access the Services through Fastbag interfaces (i.e., you may not “scrape” the Services through automated means or “frame” any part of the Services), and you may not interfere or attempt to disrupt the Services.


If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, you warrant that you have the necessary authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms and that you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of the business or entity.

As Fastbag is constantly modifying and improving the Services, we may introduce new features, change existing features, or remove features from the Services at any time and without notice. If you provide Fastbag with any feedback on or comments regarding the Services, you grant us the right to use the feedback or comments for any purpose without restriction or payment to you.


Orders & Delivery 


Fastbag holds the rights to cancel any orders which have been investigated and deemed to be fraudulent.

Prescribed delivery areas by Fastbag may change at any time due to factors such as weather, demand or availability. When you place an order through the App, it needs to be accepted and confirmed by Fastbag. We will send you a notification if your order has been accepted ( "Confirmation Notice"). 


This notice means the contract for the order is in place:  You are responsible for paying for all Items ordered using your account, and abiding by these Terms.  If you need any information about the order or have further questions, you should contact Fastbag prior to order completion. 


When you place an order we will tell you an estimated delivery time for your item(s) before you place the order, but we will attempt delivery as soon as possible; you must therefore be available to accept delivery from the time you place the order. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, things do not always go to plan and factors such as traffic and weather conditions may prevent us from delivering your Item on time. If your order is more than 30 minutes late, and we haven’t notified you giving you the option to cancel your order, we will work with you to make things right unless you have caused the delay (e.g. because you gave us the wrong address or did not come to the door).


When you place an order, you will be able to view the estimated delivery time before you place your order and we will attempt to deliver as soon as possible. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, factors such as traffic and weather conditions may prevent us from delivering your item within this specified time. 


We will attempt delivery at the provided address. As the dispatch is done right after your order, we will not be able to change the provided address after order submission. We may apply “No Show” fee of £5 if you are not at the address given to receive your order. 


You will be charged for the full order in case of a failed delivery if you have caused such failure for any reason. This would happen if you are not responding to the phone call or do not show up at the door on the address for the order or you answered our call but did not provide access to the property door within a reasonable amount of time.


You have a legal right to receive goods as per the description: if you believe that the Items you have been delivered do not comply with these legal rights, please contact Fastbag and let us know. We might request visual evidence/photos if the item needs to be inspected.  Fastbag will follow due process to identify whether an account credit will be provided in this case. 


You will not be charged for any orders cancelled by Fastbag, and we will compensate for the payment made using the same method you used to pay for your order.  


Loss or Damage

We are responsible to you for any foreseeable loss or damage in breaking these Terms or of failing to use reasonable care within the scope of our Service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. The loss or damage would be defined as “foreseeable” if it is either obvious that it will happen 


We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you for loss or damage where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes any failure by the contractors, to use reasonable care and skill; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to your order, or for defective Items under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.


Payment Terms


Prices may differ from prices available at third-party websites and that such prices may not be the lowest prices. Fastbag has no obligation to itemize costs, profits or margins when publishing such prices; and reserves the right to change such prices at any time, at its discretion. 


Payment will be processed by Fastbag, using the preferred payment method on your account.


No Refunds Charges paid by the user for completed orders are final and non-refundable. Fastbag has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them, in its discretion.


Promotional Offers and Credits  Fastbag may make promotional offers with different mechanics and features to any User. These promotional offers are subject to the terms of this Agreement. 


You agree that promotional offers may only be used in a lawful manner, can not be duplicated or transferred in any manner. These offers cannot be redeemed for cash and Fastbag reserves the right to withhold any benefits obtained through a promotion if it determines that the redemption was fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of the Agreement Terms.  Fastbag reserves the right to modify or cancel an offer at any time.


Changes to the Terms

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. In this instance, the most current version of the Terms will be published on our website and app. If you do not agree to the modified or updated terms, you should discontinue your use of the Services.

Copyright and Trademark Policy

Fastbag respects the intellectual property rights of others and has implemented a copyright and trademark policy in accordance with The Trade Marks Act and other relevant laws. Fastbag will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and reserves the right to terminate any users, at its sole discretion and without notice, who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.


If you believe any content posted or made available on the Services constitutes infringement of your copyright rights, you may send a written notice of infringement to Fastbag via contact information on our website.
